ONLINE: NLP for Beginners

Beverley Navaro, blonde, glamorous, confident – this incredible woman had breezed into the workshop and had everyone eating out of her hand.

These middle aged bank managers were hanging on every word, nodding in agreement – they had been to totally cantankerous & negative for me the day before.

What was she doing? It looked like she had them under some kind of a spell.

At lunchtime I cornered her -  and asked “ What are you doing to get that response?”

I use it in so many areas of my life that sometimes I forget I am using it, it feels ‘natural’ for me.
